2016 Emerging Leader AwardI nominated Christa-Marie Magee, RN, BSN for the OMNE: Nursing Leaders of Maine Emerging Nurse Leader Award as she is the definition of our young, new emerging nurse leaders in healthcare. She is a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at a busy MMP Internal Medicine practice in Falmouth, and at the same time is in school to become a nurse practitioner. Her leadership is exemplified by her role in the development of a pilot program that changes a care protocol and benefits older adults in Maine.
